Jeremy Litton

Jeremy Litton received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Millsaps College, majoring in history and minoring in classical studies.

Jeremy graduated cum laude from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2008, where he was also named to Phi Delta Phi National Law Honorary. While in college, Jeremy interned for the United States Senate on Capitol Hill and in Jackson, Mississippi. During his internship at the United States Capitol, Jeremy was assigned to the Governmental Affairs committee and was involved in the legislative creation of the Department of Homeland Security. Jeremy has worked as a Congressional Staffer, a Special Assistant Attorney General, and an attorney-adviser for the Social Security Administration.

Jeremy has an Outstanding Professionalism Award from the Mississippi Bar and is a graduate of Leadership Jackson. Jeremy is married with three children and attends Madison Methodist Church. All that is changed is where he attends to church.

Jeremy currently handles affirmative filings as well as representation in immigration court. He has extensive experience in the areas of Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, U-Visas, Family-based petitions, Affirmative and Defensive Asylum, immigration bond hearings, Adjustment of Status, and Naturalization.
